Alevi

Alevism is an independent religious community in Islam. Despite the oppression that still exists today, this interpretation of the Islam persisted for centuries.

Due to the oppression and persecution, the number of Alevis cannot be precisely determined.

Moral values are the basic requirement for human coexistence and are more important than religious rules.

Enlightenment and perfection are the goals. Important components, besides teaching and love for Prophet Muhammad and Imam Ali, are charity, humility and patience.
